How to get started with Recompry

Create your account, set up your organization, and get your business ready to operate from day one.

Create your account

The first step is to register for Recompry. All you need is an email address and a password to get started.

  1. Go to app.recompry.com and click Create account.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a strong password.
  3. Confirm your email from the message we send you.
  4. Sign in with your new credentials.

Set up your organization

Once inside, the system will guide you through creating your organization. This is the central entity that groups your locations, catalog, and settings.

  1. Enter your business name.
  2. Select your business type (restaurant, retail, services, etc.).
  3. Set your operating country and currency.
  4. Add your logo and brand colors from Settings > General.

Create your first location

Each physical or virtual place where you operate is called a location. You need at least one active location to start selling.

  1. Go to Settings > Locations.
  2. Click Add location.
  3. Enter the name, address, and timezone.
  4. Save your changes.

You can create as many locations as you need. Each location has its own inventory, terminals, and print configuration.

With your account and location ready, we recommend continuing with:

  • Create categories to organize your catalog.
  • Add your first products.
  • Set up your POS terminal.
  • Configure printers if you plan to print tickets.
